Kukan is priced by property size per month, starting at €14/month for properties up to 199m². One-time professional capture fees start at €125 for properties up to 199m². No. The capture fee is all-inclusive: scoping, capture, processing, AI setup, and delivery. No hidden fees.
You can cancel at any time. Kukan does not provide refunds for early terminations of annual contracts, though billing stops at the end of your current cycle.
Absolutely. We recommend starting with your most important or highest-traffic property, then expanding from there. Additional captures are billed as new projects and you can upgrade your plan at any time.

We accept virtually any document format: PDF, Word, plain text, PowerPoint, Excel, and Google Docs. Some customers also record audio walkthroughs of their property, which we transcribe and feed into the AI automatically.
Context data submitted during onboarding is live within 24 hours. Any updates you make after that through your dashboard take effect instantly and can be tested right away.

Yes. Our compression technology is optimized for streaming on most mobile connections and modest Wi-Fi speeds. Scenes also only begin loading when a visitor actively clicks on the tour, so there is no unnecessary data use on page load.

Yes. Any tour can be set to password-protected or made publicly accessible directly from your customer dashboard, useful for off-market listings or private previews.
Yes. Organizations managing multiple properties receive a central admin account and can create additional users with varying access rights directly from the dashboard, so the right people have access to the right properties.
In plain terms, a prompt is one question, response, or instruction exchanged with the AI. Most properties average 8 to 12 prompts per visit. All of our plans include enough prompts for a busy property with thousands of monthly visitors, so you are unlikely to ever hit the limit.

Yes. All tour data is stored securely and is only accessible to you and the visitors you share the link with. We do not share your property data with third parties. Enterprise clients can discuss additional data handling requirements with our support team.
