EVENT VENUES

The Space at Kudamm

THE_SPACE is an urban experimental venue on Berlin’s Kurfürstendamm — one of the city’s most prominent addresses. Built from modular shipping containers designed by architects GRAFT, the space is as architecturally striking as it is versatile. With capacity for up to 500 guests and a programme spanning brand activations, art exhibitions, tech summits, community meetups, and product launches, it sits at the intersection of culture, commerce, and creativity. A 470m² XXL mural facing the Ku’damm ensures it’s impossible to miss — even before you walk through the door.

How THE_SPACE uses Kukan

Event planning is a high-consideration purchase. Planners need to understand a venue’s dimensions, layout options, and atmosphere long before they’re ready to commit — and they have a lot of questions. THE_SPACE uses its Conversational3D™ tour to answer all of them, without a single email exchanged.

Embedded on their website, the tour lets event planners and brand teams:

  • Explore the full venue in photorealistic 3D — from the main hall to every configurable corner
  • Ask the AI guide about capacity, dimensions, pricing, and logistics — and get instant answers
  • Download a 3D file of the space to use directly in their own event design and production workflows
  • Browse captures of past events hosted at THE_SPACE, toggling between real layouts and configurations for inspiration

That last capability is rare. By streaming previous event captures alongside the live 3D scene, THE_SPACE gives planners something no photo gallery or site visit brochure can: a confident, informed vision of what their own event could look like before they book.
